Pokud pat\u0159\u00edte mezi ty, kdo se sna\u017e\u00ed meditovat, ale neust\u00e1le jim do toho sk\u00e1\u010de vlastn\u00ed hlava, nezoufejte. Nastavte si \u010dasova\u010d na 3\u20135 minut a postupn\u011b dobu prodlu\u017eujte. Ka\u017ed\u00fd okam\u017eik m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt meditac\u00ed, pokud mu v\u011bnujete plnou pozornost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zkuste humor a lehkost<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neberte meditaci jako sout\u011b\u017e, kde mus\u00edte podat nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon. Pokud v\u00e1m b\u011bhem meditace p\u0159ijde na mysl nesmysln\u00e1 my\u0161lenka, prost\u011b se tomu zasm\u011bjte. Klidn\u011b si \u0159ekn\u011bte: \u201eAha, zase mysl\u00edm na pizzu. To je ale typick\u00e9.\u201c Sm\u00edch je tak\u00e9 skv\u011bl\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak uvolnit nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mal\u00e9 kroky vedou k velk\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meditace nen\u00ed o tom, \u017ee si dokonale vy\u010dist\u00edte hlavu a stanete se mistrem zenu. Je to o tom, \u017ee si ka\u017ed\u00fd den najdete chv\u00edli pro sebe a postupn\u011b si budujete schopnost b\u00fdt v\u00edc v klidu.
