P\u0159ijet\u00ed toho, \u017ee se n\u011bco skon\u010dilo, je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm krokem k uzdraven\u00ed. To neznamen\u00e1 souhlas nebo radost z toho, co se stalo, ale ochotu p\u0159estat bojovat s minulost\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zku\u0161enost, a\u0165 u\u017e bolestiv\u00e1 nebo radostn\u00e1, je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed cesty. P\u0159ijet\u00ed neznamen\u00e1 zapomenut\u00ed, ale umo\u017e\u0148uje n\u00e1m j\u00edt d\u00e1l s pochopen\u00edm toho, co se stalo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00e1ze smutku a jak je proj\u00edt s respektem k sob\u011b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Psycholog Elizabeth K\u00fcbler-Ross definovala p\u011bt f\u00e1z\u00ed smutku, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme pro\u017eit v jak\u00e9koli ztr\u00e1t\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pop\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 &#8222;To se nem\u016f\u017ee d\u00edt.&#8220; Prvn\u00ed reakc\u00ed na ztr\u00e1tu b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0161ok a odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed reality. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee tento stav je p\u0159irozen\u00fd a do\u010dasn\u00fd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vztek<\/strong> \u2013 &#8222;Pro\u010d se to stalo pr\u00e1v\u011b mn\u011b?&#8220; Hled\u00e1me vin\u00edka a c\u00edt\u00edme nespravedlnost. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00e1t vzteku zdrav\u00fd prostor, nap\u0159\u00edklad skrze fyzickou aktivitu nebo kreativn\u00ed vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smlouv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 &#8222;Kdybych jen ud\u011blal\/a n\u011bco jinak&#8230;&#8220; P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme nad alternativn\u00edmi mo\u017enostmi, co by se dalo zm\u011bnit. Tento proces n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci naj\u00edt vnit\u0159n\u00ed s\u00edlu sm\u00ed\u0159it se s realitou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deprese<\/strong> \u2013 &#8222;Nic u\u017e nebude dobr\u00e9.&#8220; P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed hlubok\u00fd smutek a pocit pr\u00e1zdnoty. Zde je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de o sebe \u2013 pravideln\u00fd pohyb, dostatek sp\u00e1nku a v\u011bdom\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed se na mal\u00e9 radosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u0159ijet\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 &#8222;Stalo se to a mus\u00edm j\u00edt d\u00e1l.&#8220; Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me hledat zp\u016fsoby, jak \u017e\u00edt d\u00e1l. P\u0159ijet\u00ed neznamen\u00e1 zapomenut\u00ed, ale pochopen\u00ed, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme pokra\u010dovat v \u017eivot\u011b s nov\u00fdm porozum\u011bn\u00edm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u011bmito f\u00e1zemi jinak, v r\u016fzn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed a rytmu. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 na sebe netla\u010dit a d\u00e1t si \u010das.
